Who is eligible?

Applicants must be new to Glendale Memorial Hospital. All current, regular full and part-time employees are eligible to refer a new hire, except for the following departments: HR recruiters and HR management, hiring department managers, intra-company transfers, temporary personnel, registry, contract or staffing agency personnel.

How do I get paid?
Your $4,000 bonus will be paid in two installments, and will appear in your regular paycheck. Payments are made ninety days after the new employee starts, and at the new employee’s one-year anniversary date. (If your new employee is part time, you will receive a $2,000 bonus.) If the new employee terminates for any reason before completing twelve months of continuous employment, any unpaid bonus payments will unfortunately be canceled.
